Terms and Conditions
Registrations for ITOA Workshops & Tourism Agency Seminars are accepted on a first come basis only and on receipt of a completed registration and full payment.
On-Line Bookings Confirmed & Paid by Credit Card:
Bookings made online and paid for by credit card will be confirmed immediately. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the nominated e-mail address with details of the confirmed date/time of the workshop.
On-Line Bookings & Payment made by Cheque:
Bookings made on-line with payment being made by cheque have 10 working days from the date of booking for payment to reach ITOA to the address noted below. Where payment does not reach ITOA within the 10 days the reservation/s is automatically cancelled from the system and may be resold.?Cheque payments must be accompanied with a copy of your booking confirmation (printed from the system on the date of booking).
On receipt of payment, ITOA will forward a confirmation e-mail (to the address provided on the booking confirmation) of booking and receipt of payment.
A. In the event of cheque payment reaching ITOA after the 10 working day period, at which point the reservation/booking will have been automatically released from the system ITOA reserves the right to: Only re-instate the booking provided space is still available.
B. Where space is no longer available on the preferred originally requested booking, an alternative session and/or location will be allocated and notified in writing (email), which if not accepted within 1 day of offer payment will be returned.
Refunds & Cancellations:
Cancellations of bookings made on-line are accepted up to six weeks in advance of the date of the workshop. Such cancellations must be notified in writing to info@irishtouroperators.com stating details of the booking and the booking reference number.
Refunds will be made by cheque less €10 administration fee.
Thereafter strictly no refunds on cancellation/s.
ITOA reserves the right to alter/change bookings at its' descretion.
